We started implementing the first gastronomic projects in Bukovel in 2004. In 15 years CARTEL has opened 18 restaurants, among which Ukrainian, Italian, Asian and American cuisine. And also fast food chain with hearty and affordable dishes – “Eat’n’Go!”. Each restaurant aims to create a special space for relaxation and quality food for guests. State-of-the-art gastronomic trends, excellent quality of service and a special atmosphere – these three basics help the CARTEL Restaurant Family to stay on top.

Cartel family restaurants are represented not only in Bukovel, but also in Yaremche and Odesa. Until 2014, restaurants were also in Foros – an unbelievably beautiful place in Crimea. But, unfortunately, the company lost its ability to manage the establishments of Autograph, Olivia and Albatross.

CARTEL Holding’s activities went beyond catering only. The project of Woodburn Banya was successfully brought to life – a real authentic banya became the gem of recreational leisure in the very heart of Bukovel. EC BUKA is the place with the best entertainment in Bukovel. Bowling, karaoke and slot machines are available, as well as bright parties and concerts by your favorite artists. The biggest and the most unique leisure center VODA day&night club began to function on the banks of the Lake of Youth.
